Message dated September 8 was received stating the Governor read                                                                
the following resolution and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled                                                             
copies to the Lieutenant Governor’s Office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
         SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 23 Expressing                                                                              
         the support of the Alaska State Legislature for                                                                        
         naming the mountain between Cedar Ridge and Hope
